It's Newman's Own Organic cookies.

Cool… da cookies are shaped like a little heart.
I love bite size heart shaped cookies.

Mom loves dat dey are made wiff Organic Barley Flour, No Wheat, and No Corn.   Now I don't know what Organic means but I think dey are super delish.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm…….

Here's are da Stats:

Mom:  Yeah… but what are you doing sittin in MY chair?  You never sit in my chair.  You only sit on da couch (and that's just's been over da past 4 months).

Me:  Your chair is closer to da TeeVee and my buddy Frankie is on channel 87 WFnE TeeVee.  He is moderating da debate and I have to have a ring side seat for dis historic event.

Mom:  Well then…. I guess it's okay (dis one time).




Hehehe…. dat's what she thinks.    I sit on her chair all da time when she is out of da house.   Don't tell her….. she likes to think dat she is da boss, but we all know better.

OKTOBERFEST!

I am soooooooooooo excited to be going on my 1st date wiff Daisy to Oktoberfest!

Da pawty is being hosted Casey's & Cinderella and I wanted to impress Daisy so I got me a chauffeur (Mom) and picked her up in style.  Petal faster Mom, I don't wanta be late!

OMD…. she looks soooooooooooooo beautiful.   She hopped on in and we cruised in our convertable to da pawty.

Zoommmmmmm…….

We got to da pawty and were really hungary and thirsty so we headed over to the foodable tent to get a beer.    OMD… dey have PRETZELS !!!!

Why is it dat pretzels always taste better wiff beer?

After we filled our bellies, we went over to hear da music and see da dancers.   Daisy really likes to dance so I paid close attention to the other dancers so I could learn da steps (I didn't want to step on her pretty little paws by mistake).

Later in da day, I decided da I really wanted to try to impress Daisy so I tried makin some music on da alpine horn.   It took awhile, but eventually I got enough wind to get a good Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrooooo out.

It really helps to have a few beers before ya blow dis thing.

I had da bestest of time wiff Daisy at da Oktoberfest pawty.

Mexican Independence Day

Dis postie is for all da Chihuahuas,  Chinese Crested Dogs, and Mexican Hairless Dogs (yikes) out dare.

Happy Independence Day!

Hummmm…. I guess dey don't like dogs wiff lots of furs in Mexico.  Maybe cuz it gets really hot dare.   I think about weird stuff like dis… just sayin.

What can I say…. I like any day dat involves celebrating wiff a biggy hat, some beer and some good music.   Ya didn't know da I can play da drums bongos… did ya?

And now for a wee little story…

There are two men walking down the street wiff their dogs. One man has a Labrador Retriever, the other, a Chihuahua.

The two men meet outside their favorite cantina, and are both very thirsty because it is a hot day. But the thing is, the cantina does not allow dogs inside. The first man suddenly get an idea. "Follow my lead!!" he says, as he puts on a pair of sunglassess and strolls right on in. "Hey!" says the barman, "You can't bring that dog in here!" "But he's my seeing-eye dog!" replies the man. "Oh, well in that case, you can have him in here." says the barman. 

So the man sits down to have a drink. But the second man is still outside. 

Thinking, what the heck, he puts on sunglasses and goes inside, too. "Hey!" says the barman, "You can't bring that dog in here!" "But he's my seeing-eye dog!" replies the second man. "A chihuahua???" the barman asks. 

Thinking fast, the man replies: "A CHIHUAHUA!? THEY GAVE ME A CHIHUAHUA!?"

Dis morning, when I was on my daily neighborhood patrol, I spied something dat I've never seen before.

You'll never believe dis but I think dat white dog has tree'd a squirrel.

I'd better check this out.

Hummmmm…. I don't see a squirrel.

Maybe he's just trying to smell da blue flowers.

Remembering Greta

Today is National Pet Memorial Day and I'm thinkin about our sweet Greta dat recently passed from eating a really bad mushroom.

My favorite memory of Greta was when she was racing around on the Dogtona Motor Speedway on my last Barkday.

She looked so pretty in pink dat I think all da boys were watchin her instead of payin attention to dar driving.   And…. she had a really cute butt so dar was some pretty spectacular viewin, drivin behind her.   Hey, now dat I think about it…. maybe dat was her strategy.   She was one smart cookie!

Mr. Bailey was dar cheering her on.

Oh… did I remember to tell you dat she WON da Junior Class race?   Yep…. Greta was one fast racer.

I am thankful to have known Greta.  Race on sweet Greta (our girl in Pink)!

Dis one is for Mom.

Some of you may know dat Mom is also a quilter so I thought dat today I'd show you a some of her work dat I inspired.

First up are 4 squares dat are da beginning of a scottie calendar quilt.    So far she has done a June, July, Aug, and Sept blocks.   She designed des blocks based on photos of ME.

A date for Ranger

As you know,  Casey and Cinderella are hosting an Oktoberfest Pawty on Sept 20th.   It's gonna be a pawsome pawty.

Hugs and Kisses day

In honor of Angel Benny, I'm participating in Lily & Edward's 2nd Annual Hugs and Kisses day.

I must confess dat I'm really not a huggy kinda Scot.   So….. Mom resorts to sneak'n up on me and den she grabs me and hugss me.  I call dem "grab hugs".   I let her cuddle me for a couple of mins and den I squirm my way out of her arms.   I must admit dat lately, I've been lettin her "grab hug" me for longer periods of times.   One time da hug was even as long as 20 mins (oh my) while she gave me a massage.  Do you think I'm gettin "soft" in my young old age?

Anyways, today I jumped up on da couch while Mom is lying down and den I kinda hugged her leg.  Does dat count?

I'm really just using her leg as a pillow while I watch TV but don't tell her.  It'll be our wee little secret.

Now, some of you may know dat my girlfriend has been mostly MIA from Blogville.   She is doing great, still sexy and having a great time in FacebookyLand but sadly I don't live dar (and my teleporting tunnel doesn't work dar).  I spend all my free time playing in Blogville.  I hope she comes back soon.

Tasty Tuesday - I got me a Chewy Box

Yep….. I got me another box and dis time its from Chewy.  I love boxes from Chewy cuz it is always full of yummy stuff.

I can't wait to see what it is !!

OMD I got me a free treat to review.  YES!  My first Chewy.com review.

It's Smooches Chicken & Cranberry recipe dog treats from da honest kitchen.

Oh… look da treats are shaped like hearts.   Isn't dat grrrrrrrrrrrrreat?   And da box says its a kiss and cuddle combined.   Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

Mom made me read all da ingredients.  

Dey are 100% all-natural. It's got Barley flour, Chicken, molasses, water, eggs, organic coconut oil, Cranberries and PARMESAN CHEESE !!  

Can you beleive it?

I love parm cheese…. dan again I love any type of cheese.

I'm goin in !!!

Enough readin da box for Mom.   It's time for da most important part of my reveiw…. da Taste Test.

It's da perfect size and has a great crunch.   Crunch is good.  Crunch makes me HAPPY.
