Thanksgiving - Snoopy, Dogs, Turkey, and Shoes

How was your Thanksgiving?

Oh look….  there is my buddy Snoopy in the Parade.
We had a surprise guest.  Aunty D's son, Eric came to visit.  She was very happy.  I wasn't too sure about him.  He is tall and has a deep voice. He got down on the floor and pretended to be a dog to play wiff me, but I wasn't havin none of dat.   I just ran under the dining room table.
I did let him pick me up and hug me ONCE.   I really don't like all dat huggie stuff but sometimes ya just gotta grin and dog-it.

Mom wanted to watch the Macy's Day Parade so we all watched all the balloons and bands go by.

After we watched the parade, we watched the National Dog Show from Philadelphia.    I had to wait a long time for the Terrier group to show up.
I cheered on da Scottie (of course).
Sigh… da Scottie didn't win.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrooooooooo !!!

Later in the day, Mom, Aunty D and Eric went over to Wally & Finn's house for a Thanksgiving feast.   Now…. you won't believe this…. Dey didn't take me along!  SHOCKING!   I was all ready to go and they left wiffout me.   I can't believe they left me behind…  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.    I mean… dey are MY friends and I like to feast too.

After like 87 zillon hours, dey all came home carrying a cover plate.  Yippy!!!  Feast for ME.   NOT!   Mom said it was "breakfast pie" for dem.   What?  Can you believe dis?  I know… it is Shocking.  All I got was leftover chicken.

Den… Mom showed me her shoe.
Dis is Mom's shoe.
My buddy Baby Finn got a hold of it and chew'd it up good.

High Paws Finn!   Solidarity!

Finn was also mad dat he didn't get any turkey (and he lives there) and dat I didn't get come.  I think he should have pee'd on it too, but his Dad caught him in da chewing act and he didn't have time to make it a wet one too.
Good job Finny.   Mom deserved to have her shoe chewed for her very bad behavior.     Hopeful she learned her lesson.   Ya don't take the pup; the shoe will get eat.

False Confession Day (Nov 21st)

ARRRRRRROOOOOOO….   TODAY IS 'FALSE CONFESSION DAY !

==>  The following is NOT fur Santa Paws eyes.  <==

Here is mine… and one is true and the other is false.

Confession #1:  I am a house plant killer.
I don't understand why peeps put plants in buckets (wiff trays under dem to catch the water overflow) inside the house.  Don't dey know dat they belong outside?   Anyways… on my last playdate wiff Wally & Baby Finn's, I pee'd on their Mom's blooming Bougainvillea house plant.   Yep… I lifted my leg and filled up the water catching tray with pee.   After I watered the plant, I told Wally and Finn dat it needed a little more watering and dey both marked da plant too.  Gotta love Teamwork…. yeah!
Oh yeah.. when the peeps saw dat the plant was watered with pee-pee, Wally and I both blamed Finn.

Confession #2:  I am a cheater.
I just can't resist all the cute girls in Blogville.  I have two secret crush girlfriends (yes I said two).
They both live in the USA (California) and dey are both Terriers.   I like da California girls.

One is a sexy, tall and leggy girl and the other is very young, short, sweet, has white/blonde furs.

Ooops…. Maybe I should have put a note at the top of my postie dat says dat this is also not for Mollie's eyes.

Can you guess which is confession is True?  Stay tuned… I'll tell ya tomorrow.
                          Wags,

Flashback Friday - the Teething Box

When I was a wee little laddie, my favorite toys were boxes with cheerios hidden inside. I still love cheerios and ripping up boxes.
Mom called this box, my "Teething Box".
I nose der is a cheerio still in here.
  Mom…..  a little help here.
How do I get dis box off my nose.

Mom says dat she used lots of thingys from this box cuz my little teeth were really sharp and I didn't know how to play gentle.   I gave her lots of ouchies.
Oh… does dat count as a confession?

Scotties Rule

Look-out Blogville… the Great Scots are takin over!
Pop on over and welcome Braeden & Seth.

You might recognize them…. cuz they came to my Pumpkin Patch on Howloween.

And now for some Scottie giggles.

The Scottie Dog Who Knew Karate by iambaker

There once was a young couple who lived in a town filled with crime.
After three neighbours' houses had been robbed, the couple decided to get a guard dog.
So one day the wife went to the pet store and said, "I need a good guard
dog."

And the clerk replied, "Sorry, we're all sold out.    All we have left is
this little Scottie dog. But he knows karate."

The wife didn't believe him so he said to the dog, "Karate that chair."
The dog went up to the chair and broke it into pieces, then he said to
the dog, "Karate that table."  The dog went up to the table and broke it
in half.

So the wife bought the dog and took it home to her husband who was
expecting a big guard dog. But then she told her husband that it knew
karate, and he said "Karate my ***!"

Ooops….  Ouch!!!!  OMD.

Have a grrrrrrrrreat day.

Playdate with Wally & Baby Finn

Yesterday I had a playdate with my BPPs Wally and Baby Finn.   Wally is a year older dan me and Finn is a year younger.  They are my best friends.

It's about time he got here.
Hugs all around !!
How about some wrestling?   Who's first?
Tag… I won!   Stop laughing Finn.  You just loss.
I just love tickling Finny.  He's got a great laugh.
Wally:  Can you make dem stop?
Oh, oh, oooooooo…..did someone say "TREAT"?
Mom…. can I have another "TREAT"?     Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee.
We had lots of fun playing.   One of us poop'd on the floor and since Baby Finn is the youngest… all the peeps assumed dat he did it.  We all kept our mouths shut and did not rat out the guilty pup.   It's a buddy code thing.

After like 87 hours, Mom put my leash on and said it was time to go home.

Wally and Finn decided that it would be fun to have one last game of tug-a-war, only my leash was the rope and I was still attached to it.  Oh my!
Wally: I wanta play with Ranger.
Finn:  No… he is my buddy.  Let go of the leash!
Wally:  silly Finn… I'm stronger dan you.

Ranger:  Come on boys….. let go….  it's time for me to go home.
I promise to come back really soon.
I hope y'all are having a grrrrrrrreat weekend.

Flashback Friday - Baby Finn

Arrrrrrooooooo.  Today I have a playdate with my bestest friends (Wally & Finn).   I can't wait to go over to there house to play.

Since it is Flashback Friday… I thought I'd flashback to when Finn was a wee little Baby.  He came over to play wiff me while his peeps went out to dinner.   Wally stayed at his house (he needed a wee little break from Baby Finn).

Baby Finn & I had the best time.
Don't worry Finny… dey will be back soon.
We played together.   I won (just so ya know).
We had a few drinks….
…...and a midnight snack.

Finn is a big boy now and is just about my size.   His and Wally's Mom says dat together, we three are the cutest pups in the hood.   Mom agrees.

Have a Funtastic Friday!

           Ranger
