Nature Friday - Have you seen your Oats today?

Today I'm pawticipating in da Nature Friday Blog Hop.

Thank you - Arty, Jakey, Rosy and Sunny of the LLB Gang for hosting Nature Friday.

We live near da beach (Coastal NC) and I thought I'd share some nature pics from dar.

Sea Oats

Sea Oats are tall subtropical grasses that are important components of coastal sand dune and beach plant communities in the southeastern United States.

I just love da beach.

Have a GRRRRReat day in Nature and stay safe.

  1. Hidey ho Ranger!!!!
Oh to if your beach was in our reach!!
I'd walk and talk and enjoy it all.
The coast of NC is truly breathtaking and magical. My daughter, SIL and grandcats live in Morehead City.
I love your pose in the sand!!
    Hugs Cecilia

  2. Hi Ranger
I LOVE your beach. And being from Scotland, I want to know if you can make porridge from your sea oats?
    Toodle pip!

  3. It looks a lot like the photos Mom has of the North Sea Coast where she used to live. None of us have ever been to a real beach, but maybe some day we will get to go. Enjoy!

  4. We also live by the ocean...but Mama says it's a different one from you. But we do have Sea Oats in common!! They are all over the hills by the beach!

Thanks for joining us for ature Friday!
    Rosy, Sunny, Jakey & Arty

  5. That looks like a great place to take a walk.

  6. Your beach is so clean and beautiful, Ranger!

  7. Such a pretty beach you have to walk along.........the oats look pretty waving in the breeze!

    Hugs, Teddy

  8. You should be happy that hurricane season is over.

  9. We've never seen those before. The closest beaches from us are Lakes Erie, and Ontario, and the Finger Lakes.

  10. The beach looks like fun, I'd like to go there one day.
