Let's get Social

No.   I'm not in jail.
I'm Social Physical Distancing from da dog next door.

Pardon me from getting on my chewybox, but who made up the term "Social Distancing"?   Let's call it by it's real name.   It's Physical Distancing !!!!!!!

We can all still be social at a physical distance and dar are even tools to help us stay connected/social (e.g. FaceTime, Skype, emails, phone calls,  barks across da pond, blogging, etc.).   Bloghops are great too.

We all need to be social in these trying times and we need to keep in touch wiff all of our single friends and relatives dat may be feeling alone and isolated.

Let's show da peeps how it's done.

Playin Hard to Get

Hello... my name is Abby.  
I am 5 yrs old and part beagle/part bassett.
Today I came over to meet Mr. Ranger.  
He lives in my neighborhood and
I hear that he is really fun.

Maybe if I stop running, stand over here and
just look handsome, Miss Abby will come over to talk to me.

Yep.   Works every time.

Da French Invasion - Part 3

Being da good Host dat I am, I decided to take Messi to my favorite place.   You probably already guessed.

Messi, dat's da ocean.

I introduced him to da beach.

Ya see, being a city boy, he has never been to da beach so I had to re-assure him dat it was loads of fun.

He put his paws in da ocean and just loved it!

Messi had such da grrrrrreat time dat he even asked his peeps if dey would let him visit me again.  He want to try his paws at surf'in next time.

Messi had to fly back to dat big city (sigh).  I will miss my little sweet frenchie furfriend.  Au Revoir Messi!


Oh, oh, oh....  I almost forgot dat tonight is New Year's Eve.  I hope you have fun pawtying wiff all of your friends.

Paw Prayers

I'm am a wee bit anxious today.  


Ya see, my buddy Dougall (who is just over 1 yr old… like me) has to go to the dogster today and have surgery.   He has a small growth, and they are gonna remove it and biopsy it.

Please send up some paw prayers for my buddy and his peeps.

I just know he will be all better soon.

Also…. there is a rescue cat, named Leo, that could also use some paw prayers.   My girlfriend, Mollie, is holding a fabulous Auction and a Raffle fundraiser to help with Leo's medical bills.   Now hop on over to her bloggie and see if ya wanta bid on something.

Blogville - We have a Problem

It has come to my attention that we have a big problem in Blogville.

Sarge, our Blogville Chief of Police and my boss, is in the doghouse and accused of bitting.

OMD.  Say it isn't so……..

There's talk about stripping him of his job title.  NOOOOOOOOOO!

We has to do somethin.

We need to take ACTION Now!

So…. here's what I thinks he needs.

1st:   He needs a good lawyer.   Do we have a Blogville Lawyers out there?  If you're willing to take on the case… let me know (in the comments).

2nd:  He needs Bail Bones.  If you have bones you can spare… let me know (in the comments) how many you can contribute to his bail.

I'll set up a Bail Bone Bank and keep track of our total.

3rd:  If you can be a "good/positive" character witness for him.. also let me know (in the comments) and I'll pass on the list to his lawyer (when we gets one).

4th:  We need to engage the Blogville K9 Intelligence Unit.   If you belong to this unit… let me know and start investigating.   I'm only a Junior Officer and not part of the K9 Intelligence Unit.   Maybe Office Bites can assist.

5th:  We also need the some FBI (Feline Bureau of Investigation) help.   Maybe my friend Sammy can assist.

Oh.. oh.. maybe our Blogville Saint (Mollie) can help.  Not sure what she can do… but as a "Saint".. I'm sure she'll think of something.
