I can't wait for all da other decorations to come out of da boxes. One of dem has my plaid Christmas stocking in it. Do you have a Christmas stocking? Dis is soooooooo exciting.
What's dat Mom? We can't finish all da decorating until da end of next week? Painters are coming? What's a painter? Can I play wiff it? I've never seen a painter. Dis could get real interesting.

I'm in awe. Gorgeous quilt, I've never seen one like it. My daughter quilted stocking for our family, they are on the mantle. Yours is really special though.

Your momma is SUCH a pawesome quilter! I'm always so impressed when you post her work. And in answer to your question, YES, we all have stockings at my house. But they never get filled! We always spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Grandma's house, so that's where Santa visits. So our stockings are JUST for decoration.

ReplyDeleteOh Ranger, Mom says I hafta tell you that you arf paw-DORABLE!!! She gets this crazy look when she sez it, like when she goes after me to give me a big smooch, and starts making all kindsa cooing sounds, like she's gonna have some sort of a fit! (I kinda like the cuddling she gives me, but come on, what drama...after all, I am a stoic macho boy Scotsman!)

Beautiful quilt! We hope the painting is painless. Last time Mom painted seth decided to help. It was not pretty. Watch your furs! Maybe they will paint a room in tartan plaid?
