If ya want, you can add some faux (Mom helped me wiff dat word) flowers to float in you pool.   Some even light up (solar powered).   Super cool huh?    I only have a blue plastic baby pool and it probably would be too small for floaters but Wally & Finn could float some in dar pool.

Da French Invasion - Part 2

Am I crazy or do des two guy look alike?       Hehehehe....

Messi is da first frenchie dat I have ever met and dar was lots to learn about him.

Firstly.... he SNORTS!   At first I thought dat he was speak'in french but no, it is definitely a Snort.  He is so funny.  I know dat I shouldn't laugh at him, but he is a really funny guy.

Secondly... it's really hard to tell if he is happy.   He has no tail to wag.   Hummmmm....  poor Messi.... tail wagging is fun.   I had to watch his ears to see if he was having fun.

He is also a pawsome jumper and even jumped on da back of my couch.
I've never dunn dat.

WARNING:   Do not sit down wind from him.   Notice dat his butt is pointed at me as I sit on my couch, (watching TV as usual).   Biggy mistake.  Ya see, Messi is da GAS KING.   When he lets lose wiff a stink bomb, everyone runs into another room.

What are his parents feeding him?   Brussel spouts?  Beans?

And...... Messi SNORES!
Here is proof positive.

I'm glad I got to sleep wiff Mom at da other end of da house.

Best Pals

Yippy!    My BPs (Best Pals) came over today for a playdate at my house.    I just love playdates wiff Wally and Finn.   We have crazy fun when we get together.

Lookin for my Buddies

Where are all my buddies?

Anyone wanta play with me?

I had loads of buddies to play with when I was at camp and I'm miss'n them.   I'm gonna have to ask Mom if I can have another playdate with Wally and Finn.

The last time they came over (before I went to doggie camp), we had a loads of fun.

We check'd out the lawn for new smells. . .

 . . . and we caught-up on all the latest peep gossip.

And then the sprinkle man stopped over to test our water system.   He got the lawn all wet and we all got a bit muddy.

Baby Finn got his paws all muddy.

And Wally (Finn's big brother) got a little muddy too.

Wally's got a muddy butt spot!  Hehe.

He also got a muddy face.

He may be a muddy mess, but he sure has some mad ball handling skills.  I can learn a lot from him.
We had the bestest time!   I hope they can come over and play with me, really soon.

Play-date with my BPP Wally

Aaarrrooooooo.
Yesterday my BPP (best puppy pal) Wally came over to my house for a play-date.

We had the bestest time.   We raced all around the yard.   Wally is really, really fast.  He is two years old and has longer legs than me.    I still gave him a good run for his money.

We also played hotdog rally.   Check out my new video.

Phewwwwwwwwww….  racing is exhausting.

We took a break but still kept our eyes on each other.
I wanted to be ready in case he took off again.

Wally really likes pinecones and he found one in the yard.  He enjoyed a good sit-down chomp on it.

Wally is a real sharp dresser.  Check out his patriotic scarf.

I think I'd like to chomp on that pinecone.
We have other ones in the yard… but his really looks good.

I wonder how I can get it away from Wally?

I know…. I'll distract him.    I'll run over to the fence and bark at the people walkin over there on the street.
Yippy….. it worked!   Wally let go of his pinecone and ran over to me at the fence to see what what was going on.   I quickly turned and ran back to the pinecone and snatched it.  (I guess all those snatching lessons really paid off).

Wally may be fast and can beat me at a race… but I am one smart scottie.

I also invited Wally to come inside the house and I showed him all my cool toys.

I let him play with my bar-bell while I watched.
I think I can take him at a game of tug-a-war.

I backed him into the corner (by the fireplace) so he could not back up any more.   I thought I would win this one as I am pretty strong.  But…...

Oooooooop.   It was a tie.  We tore the paper towel roll in half.

I'm really glad Wally came to play with me.   He really wore me out and I had to go bed really early.  Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

My Play-date with Wally

Hello Wally.   I'm Ranger and I'm a Scottie.
Hello Ranger.   I am Wally and I'm a Westie.   I think we are cousins.

I was very excited and once we got inside, Wally and I hugged.   

I whispered in his ear a 'Thank You' for having me over.

We talked for awhile and I learned that we have lots in common.
We both hate the Target Dog on the Target Christmas commercials.

Bad Target Dog.

You know the one.

When Wally sees the Target Dog on the commercial he leaps off the couch and barks at him.

When I hear the music at the beginning of the commercial, I run to the TV and jump up and bark like crazy when the Target Dog comes across the screen.

My new BPP (Best Puppy Pal) is 2 years old.
He is just my size and can run really fast.
Isn't his red vest really cool?

Wally wanted to know if I wanted to play hide-and-seek.
Nah… you know all the good hiding places.

I sometimes have accidents when I'm very excited.

Ooops…. maybe I should have let Mom know earlier that I had to poop & pee.    Sorry.   Wally said that it was ok cuz his Mom is really cool.

I can't wait for our next playdate.   I'll have to have Wally over to run in my back yard and we can chase the tree rats together.

I'll also have to remember to ask him where The Beaver is.

The Day After

I really miss Gus (even if he ate up all my chew sticks). 

I keep remembering all the fun we had playing together.

I think I'll just wait by the front door for him to come back.

Mom also bought me some new chew sticks today and I so spend most of the day finding new hiding places for them.

Maybe next time, Gus will not find this one.

My new Bernina BPPs

Yippy !!!!!!!   We went back to Sew Happins Bernina shop and I finally got to meet Sarah and John.   They are real tail-waggers and I shared my puppy breath and gave them some wet kisses.

Sarah gave me lots of love' n.

John and I had lots of laughs together.

What's that I hear?       I hear some dogs whimpering.  
Yippy!!!!     The Office Pups are here today too.
I can't wait to meet Kayla and Bailey.

John thinks that if I was taller, I might have a chance.  They both have lots of play pals.  

We did have fun running around in John's office.   I'm really good at chase since I am small and fast.

Bailey (CEO) and Kayla (COO) must be really smart since they run the office.   

I can't count yet, but maybe I can learn that in puppy school and then I can help Kayla and Bailey out.

Yippy!!!!   Alana came to visit with me for a week.
