After a few zoomie laps around the yard and a game of flying toy wiff Mom, I like to chill out and just admire my kingdom-hood.
My yard has da bestest view and I can see when my furfriends take dar peeps for walkies. Sometimes I even shout-out an ARRRRRRRRRROOOOO to dem.
Life is good.
Hummmmmm…… sniff, sniff. I love da smell of springtime grass.
Oh no…. I think we have a problem here.
Da grass is gettin too high. If it gets any taller, I'll have trouble finding my toys and balls in da tall grass. Maybe da clippin machine is broken.
I'm gonna have to talk to Mom about dis. Some tidying up and trimmin needs to happen Soon. Ya see…. it's my job to keep a keen eye on everythingy dat goes on in my yard. Yep…. I'm da yard monitor.

Lee does a great job at smelling everything. Phod not so much if he has a throw toy out with him. He has an addiction problem.

Hi buddy, M just thinks you are soooooo cute. he he - I do too actually, but don't tell anyone cuz, well, I'm a cat and not supposed to like doggies. We'd hate for you to have to give up your zoomies, so hopefully someone will get that noisy machine out to do something about the long grass.
ReplyDeleteat least you have real grass. The grass in Florida would be considered weeds in NYC where mom grew up. Florida grass is not soft at all.
