It's a good thing dat Mom bought me a new plaid coat while I was on my mini vacation.

Mom: No Ranger.. that's a pile of sand.
Ranger: Can I play in it?
Mom: No….. it belongs to the workmen who are building da house behind us.
Ranger: But you let me play in the sand at the beach, so why can't I play in it?
Mom: We'll play in the snow when it comes later today. Okay?
Ranger: Okay. (hummm…. she thinks dat I didn't notice dat she didn't really answer my question.)

ReplyDeleteThat is one super snazzy coat!! We're having WEIRD weather here -- 70 one day, 30 the next! For this morning's walk, I wore my sweatshirt PLUS my coat. Momma was shivering and complaining the whole darned time.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all Ranger you are ROCKIN that coat, we loves it alot!!! It shows off the beautiful black fur of yours. Second, we live in the land of snow and ice and ice and snow and afters a few runs around the yard, our feets gets really cold so its not as great as it sounds! We thinks the sand would be much better and warmer.

ReplyDeleteI hope your new plaid is warm and comfy that you can enjoy the snow. I wouldn't play in this sand, I'm always not allowed on my bed when they can call me "Sandy". The procedure when they remove the sand is like a torture, 87 hours of brushing :o)
