My Vacay

On duty-watch at Aunty Sue's house.
Once a Cop, always a Cop.

As I mentioned yesterday, Mom and Aunty D were on a trip to Nepal and didn't take me along.  

Instead, I got to stay wiff Aunty Sue and Uncle Ron.   Sue is my favorite petsitter and I get to stay at her house and play wiff da other dogs that were also on vacay.

Here are some of my new friends dat I got to sleep over wiff.

One of my favorite things to do is playing wiff Uncle Ron.   Ya see... I usually just live wiff girls so male bonding time is loads of fun.

He is a really good wrestler and gives good snuggles.

My BIG Surprise:  one day my BPPs Finn and Wally stopped by to visit wiff me.   I really blew my little mind when I saw dem at Aunty Sue's place.    We had a grrrrrreat visit.  

I love dos guys.

My vacay was around Halloween and Uncle Ron decided to have me pose for his pumpkin.   What do you think?   Didn't he do a grrrrrrrrreat job!

Heads-up.... I'm coming in!

Oh, oh, oh..... did I mention dat I finally figured out how to work da doggie door.

Do you have a doggie door?   I think dat Mom should get me one (now dat I'm an expert at it).

I had a great vacay but am glad to be home.   Hey.... someone has to look after Mom and Aunty D.   Dey would be lost wiffout me.

I'm back from my little va-kay-see in Australia.  My best buds Floyd & Dougall were such great host to me.     I got to see so many cool sites and I got to pawty all night, on Australia Day.

It's good to be home… but it's still COLD outside.

So…. you are probably wondering what pressies I brought back for Mom and her sister (Aunty D).  Well, I got Mom a throwing stick dat we can play wiff and...  I got flip flops for Aunty D to replace dat flip flops dat I chewed up when I was a wee little ladie.

I'm off on my mini Vacation

Wiff the noisy kitchen remodel in  progress…. I decided dat it a good time for me to take my little vacation.

Where am I going?
Well, Mom says dat I can only teleport to ONE of my friends (dis time).

It was sooooooo hard to choose cuz so many of my furfriends who live where it is warm wanted me to come and visit dem.     But on dis mini vacation, I'm going Downunder to visit my buddy Dougall.
Ya see…. it's Dougall and Floyd's birthday month and you know how much I like a good pawty.   Dey are both turning 2 and I am turning 2 in March.   Dis is a big year for all da 2 year olds in blogville.

So….. I'm off to Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia!   Arrrrrrrrrooooooooo!

I'm tired of the cold and my friend Ruby had a grrrrrrreat idea.   She said that I should use my teleporting tunnel and go someplace warm.

Mom says I can only go on a mini vacation.   She would miss me too much if I was gone for too long.

Hummmmmmm….. where to go… where to go?

I know…. maybe I can go visit a couple of my furfriends dat live where it is warm and sunny.

I got my ball and bag all packed and I'm ready to go.

Bad pressies

I'm back!   Did you miss me?

Well, last week, Mom went to the mountains with Aunty D and I went to my favorite doggie camp.

Yep… you heard dat right.  They went on a road trip without me.

Now… don't get me wrong… I really like doggie camp cuz I gets to play wiff all my doggie friends but I think I would have like the mountain too.  I mean… I am a good traveler and love to ride in the car.   So I don't understand why dey didn't take me along.

So…. what did She bring me back from the mountains?

A noisy scottie thingy dat hangs on a pole and makes music.

So I ask you… what fun is dat?   I watched is blow around in the wind for awhile but then I got bored.   Next time she goes away… I'm gonna insist dat she brings me back a new ball.

I'm back from Doggie Day Camp

Youz guys were right!   Mom went to Cape Cod and I went to Doggie Day Camp for the week.

When Mom checked on me mid-week, they told her that "Ranger is doing wonderfully!  He has lots of friends and is eating and playing perfectly."   Did you catch that?   "Perfectly".  I am just sooooooo good.

I had a great time and made lots of new furfriends.   I also have a new girl furfriend.   She is a cute 5 month old Westie puppy and she has beautiful white fur.  I just may be in Luvvvvv.   We had loads of fun playing together.   I am now 7 months old, so I was able to teach her lots of new things.   I tried to teach her "Down" (you know I'm really good at that) but she isn't too good at it and needs lots of practice.  Mom says that maybe she just pretended not to know how to do "Down" so that I would give her lots of help and attention.   Go figure.  I guess I still have lots to learn about girl furfriends.    
I'm not going to tell you her name as I don't want any competition.   I already lost one sweety to Bites.

Mom said that she saw a little beach cottage (on Cape Cod) that she thinks my old girl furfriend "Susie" might stay in during the summer.   It is right on the bay and had great beach views.

I love the beach!  Maybe Bites wouldn't mind if I came to vacation with them sometime.  I don't take up much room and it looks like we could all fit (no problem).   Now that I have a new girl furfriend, we can all be BPPs.

Arooooooooooo.    Look what Mom brought, from Cape Cod,  for me. 

She says it's called a "Lobster".

I might just have to pounce on this lobster thing.

Cool.  It is yellow on the other side.

Well, I'm kinda running out of steam now.

Doggie Day Camp is fun… but a bit tiring.  
Ya see, I played soooooo much that I didn't manage to get all my naps in.

                                    

                                                Maybe I can keep my eyes open a little longer.
