| I love it when Mom comes out and plays wiff me in da yard. I know she wants me to bring my flyer back to her so she can toss it again but I have other ideas. I would rather she chase after me and try to snatch it away from me. I love to see her run. Hey... it's my job to keep Mom is good working order. |
- running through the leaves as Aunty D holds da leave blowing machine and sprays dem all over da place.
- da cooler weather cuz I can run faster and longer wiffout taking a break.
- smelling da crisp clear air.
- chasing squirrels as dey try to stock up on dar winter supplies.
- bringing leaves into da house and watching Mom bend over and over and over to pick dem up.
- dragging around fallen pine needles in my skirt. Yes... I said skirt. Dat's what all my long furs are called. My buddy Stuart reminded me da other day: "Us Scots are tough enough to rock a beard and a skirt". (You are in my thoughts and prayer today Stuart.)

We loves da Fall too, especially to hear you talk about it cuz here in So. CA we has no weather! It is stuck on DROUGHT and hot. 'Xept thank God it finally got a little cool here! 75 degrees it was today! Now that is a miracle! So mum says we have seasons vicariously thru the descriptions of seasons like you just did! So thank you for reminding us how great Fall can be. Thanks so much Ranger!

Oh, it has been FABulous here Ranger! Crisp cold Aire, after a nice cold storm! Nothin' betters fursure!!! Oh, and I loves watchin' Ma pick up the leaves after I drag them into the house too!! BOL Wells, they have to gets their squats in somehow, right? ☺
