The Daily Dog Blog and Heart Like a Dog  is having a Blogville Dog Calendar Photo Contest.

 I heard all about it on Frankie & Ernie's blog and on Sarge's Blogville Community Calendar of events and fun stuff.

AND…. this year, their fundraising efforts will be for our buddy Benny the Frenchie.   Isn't that so pawsome !!!

Weekend Playpal

Guess what?

Alana (Mom & Aunty D's niece) visited Me this past weekend.

Meet Alana.
She came to play with ME!!!!!

She visited me last year too (when I was a wee little laddie).

It was love at 1st lick. (a year ago)

This time we got to do lots of 'big boy' stuff.

We watched TV together.  
What can I say… we're both TV junkies.
Maybe she should join my support group.

I also showed her my jumpy things and tunnel.   We had a pawsome great time playing together in my yard.   Oh, oh, oh…. and she gave me lots of yummy treats after I came running out of the tunnel.

Arrrrrrrrrrooooooooo.   Let's go again.

But best of all….

… she gave me lots of love & cuddles.

I hope her Dad brings her come back again really soon.    Oh yeah… did I forget to tell ya dat her Dad came too?   He is pretty cool and has a beard  (like me), but had a sore paw (toe/foot) so I mostly played with Alana.    He did try to teach me a new word.  'Squat'.  Good thing dat Mom straighten'd him out and told him that 'I Don't Do Squat'.  You got dat right Mom!   I only do 'Sit', 'Down', 'Come' (sometimes), and 'Dinnertime'.

I hope y'all had a grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat weekend too.

Alley-Hoop !

The other week (before all the rains) I told you about my new tunnel.   I like my snack/teleport tunnel but now Mom showed me something new.    It's a hoopy thingy.

What?   You want me to jump through this hoopy thing?
Why?   Will I get a treat?

Ok… for a treat…. I'll give it a shot.

  Dis is fur flying F-U-N.  

Yippy…. now I have a snack tunnel and a snack hoopy thingy.  Pretty cool… huh?

I like playin with Mom outside.  She says I'm a natural (whatever dat means).  She also has this grrrrrrreat magic pocket that is always full of snacks.  She's the best.   Let's go again Mom.   I need some more lov'n in my tummy.

Tunnel-time

Look at what I found in my yard.

Hummmmm…. I wonder what it is.

My friend Easy says it's a "teleport-tunnel", like Savannah has, and that now I can visit Mollie (my girlfriend in the UK) within a second.  Dat would be pawsome.

I wonder how it works.

Maybe there is a button in here somewhere.

I know what would be fun…. Mollie and I could play ball together.  I'll just grab my ball and run thru my 'teleport tunnel'    Here I go………..

What?  No Mollie?   I guess it didn't work.  Sigh…..

Maybe it only works if Mollie has one on her side of the pond.

Oh well…. I still like running thru my tunnel and Mom seems to be really happy dat I'm playing with it.    She keeps saying "TUNNEL" and then throws treats in it for me to get.   Oh…. I get it… it's a "snack-tunnel".   Arrrrrrrrrrroooooooo.   I do luv snacks.

I can't wait for my playdate buddies (Wally and baby Finn) to see it.   We're gonna have a blast with this new tunnel.
