Nature & Flashback Friday - Pool Pawty wiff my buds Wally & Finn

Which way should we go Wally?

Baby Finn: Oh dis is going to be fun to watch.

My staff got da memo late re. Nature Friday.

Does dis count?

If ya want, you can add some faux (Mom helped me wiff dat word) flowers to float in you pool. Some even light up (solar powered). Super cool huh? I only have a blue plastic baby pool and it probably would be too small for floaters but Wally & Finn could float some in dar pool.

Happy Summer - Pool Pawty

Yes..... it's me! Your long time no hear "Ranger".

I hope you are having a wonderful summer. My slack-a-tary (aka Mom) has been busy and has not been doing a good job of monitoring my bloggie. I'd fire her if I could, but she is also my chef and I really like to eat.

Today, I got on her case and made her turn over her yaptop to me so I could tell you about my latest summer adventure.

My best buddies (Wally and Finn) invited me over to dar house for a pool pawty.

You'll never believe how cool Wally & Finn's new pool is.

After we got our paws wet, the boys showed my how to walk on the pool shelf.

I was a bit nervous at first and stayed close to da wall.

Mom took hold of me and took me out into the deeper water but she was afraid that her "little tank", dats me, might sink so she held me and let me paddle around a bit. I must confess, that I wasn't too fond of swimming.

I much prefer just playing on the water ledge and step. All I can say is dat cool and wet paws on a hot day, is Da Bomb!

After we splashed and played around, we decided to dry off and catch some rays.

Dar is nothing better dan sharing a towel (my Chewy towel) and spending time wiff your best buds.

Messi's 1st pool adventure

Baby it's HOT outside and while Messi was visiting, I told Mom to break out my pool so we could cool off.

M: YIKES....... my paws are wet!

Messi has never played in a pool before dis. (I have soooooo...... much to teach dis kid).

At first he just stood dar. Den I told him dat he needs to fetch da floaty.

M: You mean dis yellow fishy floaty?

R: Yes..... grab da yellow fishy!

R: Got it !

I think dat he is a bit confused cuz da fishy keeps floating away when he trys to snatch it.

I guess I'll have to show him.
He must be a visual learner so here I go.

I jumped into da pool and grabbed da yellow fishy. (No.... it's not Bubbles from da movie Finding Nemo!)

Messi figured it out den, and jumped in and out of the pool, snatching up floaty's and den he piled dem up on da porch next to his Mom.

High Paws! Now he's got it!

Messi is not yet 2 and has lots to learn. Good thing he has me around to teach him how to have fun.

Pool-time

It is HOT here and I've been beggin' Mom to get my pool out, for like 87 days. She finally listened to me and broke out my pool.

As soon as she put my pool down I jumped right into it.

Yo..... Mom.... can you put some water in it?

Arrrrroooooooo.... cool water and floaty toys.
I'm lovin dis.

It was grrrrrrreat until Aunty D snuck up behind me and grabbed my collar. And den she sprayed me wiff the water hose. And den she brought out the oatmeal soap.
