Da Migration has Started

Wants see what's New in my yard?
Come on... I'll show you.

Look closely.
Can you see dem?
My bush is full of butterflies!   
I guess dat's why dey call it a butterfly bush.
I'm seeing beautiful today.

  2. Oh wow, they all came to you bush before they started their journey... I have the same bush in my backyard and no butterfly was there... maybe I should place a sign on the street?

  13. We have wonderful butterflies too. The lantana shrub attracts lots of butterflies and it is very colorful. Everything grows all year round and the butterflies work overtime.

  15. Aro-o-o-o-o!!! dems special butterflies! Dey say de go all da way from Mexico to Monterey CA! Where dus you live, Ranger? We lives in Orange County CA and mum saw one fluttering around in front of our house yesterday! It is 108 here today so I hope dey has gone where it's cooler!

    2. Ooh yeah, Lantana, we has dos too! Dos Monarch Flutter-bys goes eberwhere------all da ways to NC! Wowsers! I thoughts dey only migrated on da West Coast! Boy, we was wrong! Dey is so pretty!
