Recovery will take years for a disaster like this in such an poor nation.  Mom & Aunty D used dar plastic money to give to da American Red Cross (tagged for Nepal) and the International Medical Corps.

  1. Some days to remember coming up. We're going to chase birds on Bird Day.. And we always make our rugs and towels lumpy, so we'll be doing that!

Poor little Nepal, a long, hard slog ahead....

  12. Thanks for the holiday list, Ranger! I'm thinking I may have to hold a Limerick contest for all of Blogville again! That was fun reading everybody's limericks last year. BOL Oh, we are praying for Nepal too. Ma and Daddy-dog were signed up to go there with Habitat for Humanity in November and they were worried the build would be canceled...BUT it's NOT! So they get to go and help build and rebuild homes for the Nepal families in need. Yay!

  18. I'm excited about "eat what you want day" and "chocolate chip day." Jacques is excited about "water a flower day" though he waters our flowers regularly. :) Sending love, puppy power, and donations to all those affected (two- and four-legged) by the Nepal earthquake.
