Arrrrrrrrooooooo. Today I got to meet Santa!
I got all dressed up in my new holiday scarf and waited in line with the all the other dogs/puppies for our turn to meet the jolly ole guy.
Check out my new holiday scarf. |
I was #8 in line. I like 8. I think it is a lucky number. Do I sound excited??? Yep. I am.
I tried to be a very "nice" puppy in line.
I did not want to get on the "nasty list" now.

It was very exciting and hard to wait for so long. Finally it was my turn. He had on a red suit and had a white beard. At first I wasn't sure I'd like this guy, but he was real cool. I told him that I was a nice puppy and that this was going to be my very 1st Christmas.
Here I am chatting with Santa |
I hope he doesn't hold me too tight. |
This is Mom's favorite photo. I smiled real good for her. |

Pees. I asked Santa for yummy treats and a new toy. I also ask him to bring treats to all the dogs waiting in shelters for there forever home.
Go back and tell him besides the treats for the dogs in the shelters, give them their forever home.
ReplyDeleteOh…. I forgot to tell him that. I'll have to write him a letter. Thanks for reminding me.

Ranger

Mom says that Santa was a bit lean. He must have been dieting so he'll have room for all the cookies we leave him on Christmas Eve.

Ranger (your little kin-folk)
Okay, not for nothin' Ranger, butts Santa kinda looks like he's gonna choke the life outta ya! Just kiddin' (sorta ~ Ma's been watchin' WAY too many of those murder mystery movies, I guess I just got it on the brain!)

Hi Ruby,
DeleteI was a bit worried that he would choke me… so I tried to be real still. The Photoguy seemed to like that.
Wags,
Ranger
Hey, little nephew, you did real good. Love the photo with Santa & proud that you thought about all of the pups that still need forever homes.

What wonderful pictures!!! You look perfect and so very handsome sitting there on Santa's lap!! I'd have a hard time picking my favorite photo, but I like the last one too!
ReplyDeleteHey Ranger, You are some kinda good boy for posing so nicely and asking for good things for homeless pups. I think I would have been scared he was gonna choke me too the way he held his hands around your neck, but you were cool, you took it in your stride!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Stella
Well, you gotta love a Santa that smells good. What did he smell like...chicken, liver, beef? We have never met the REAL Santa like you, so we are just curious.
ReplyDeleteYou look very happy to share your list with him! Is he a good listener?
Wyatt and Stanzie

ReplyDeleteRanger, you look dashing in your Christmas bandana! Of course you are on Santa's nice list--where else?! We know you'll get all your Christmas wishes. Thanks for the great suggestion to take treats to shelter dogs. Wish we could find all of them homes for the holidays.
