When I met dem, I didn't let Bob pet me. He was not happy. Ya see, he fancies himself as da Dog Whisper. Mom told him dat I am a bit wary of men and dat it would take a LONG time for me to make nice wiff him.
Whata ya want? |
I wasn't having any of dis and every time Bob tried to pet me, I ran away to my safe place (under da foodable table).
Secret Weapon of da Dog Whisperer |
Den "Bob Whisperer" ask Mom to give him a spoon wiff his secret weapon on it. He said dat NO dog could resist it/him.
(Mom just laughed again.)
"Ranger.... want some Peanut Butter?" |
NO. BACK OFF!
And... dat's how I put "Bob da Dog Whisperer" in his place.
Bob da Dog Whisperer: 0
Ranger: 1
All I can say is dat if he was a TRUE Dog Whisperer, he would have known dat Scotties are not your average dog.
Wags,
Ranger
You told him alright Ranger!
ReplyDeleteI use the place under the foodables tables as well...the peeps can't get to me and I hide there wiv my snaffled goodies! It's a great hiding place!

Bob is arrogant. You are arroooooooooogant!
ReplyDeleteGood job representing us for the whisperers observation.....tell him to stick with beagles!
ReplyDeleteScotties Rule. Make friends in their own time and place. I also have a safe place under the food table. It's fun watching mom try to get me to come out.
ReplyDeleteBentley
You tell him Ranger. He obviously doesn't know you are the Scottie whisperer
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
That's right, Ranger...you stick to your own instincts! BOL I don't think I would be half so good at holding to myself...especially after that offer of peanut butter.
ReplyDeleteHa! maybe Bob should not be so confident in his whispering abilities!

BOL, ya showed him!
ReplyDeleteNone of my Scotties have ever been a fan of peanut butter. I personally think it is gross. I bought it because everyone told me that dogs love it and it would make pill taking easier. No way did it work.
ReplyDeleteEvery Scottie knows that with those ears, they don't need anyone to whisper to them, they hear just fine form under the table or chair! ;-)
ReplyDelete..Next time have him try something that's not "reduced fat!"
Way to go. We have to keep these Dog Whisperer types in line
ReplyDeleteYou showed him!! *PFFFT* Thinks he can just waltz in and make friends with a "howdy-doodie" and a 1/4 teaspoon of PB! Unbelievable!
ReplyDeleteWally & Sammy
Thats right...you got it Ranger!!

Bravo, Ranger! Well done! It takes SEVERAL days of cheese to win us over.....well, except Roxy, she's anybodies (Probably because she's not a scottie.) Bob will now have to say ALL dogs, except Ranger!
