Mischief Monday: Is it a Bird, a Plane or a Turkey?

SARGE'S: GIVE US THE BIRD POST

My buddy Sarge is asking that we take pictures of any kind of birds (alive/statues/food/etc) between Nov 21 - 25 and post it on your blog.

Leave a comment on Sarge's bloggie to let him know dat you gave him da 'Bird' and he'll enter you in for a prize.    He will have a drawing on November 27th (I think).   Den again, maybe I got it wrong and it was just a flashback.

Look Sarge, I spied me a Bird!
Cool…. it has a really long tail.

Gobble, gobble!

And now for some fun turkey facts.

Top Ten Turkey Producing States

1) Minnesota
2) North Carolina
3) Arkansas
4) Missouri
5) Virginia
6) Indiana
7) California
8) South Carolina
9) Pennsylvania
10) Ohio

Minnesota beat us?  WHAT????   Turkeys must be really dumb birds.  Maybe someone should tell dos turkeys that it is way better and warmer in NC.

Wags,
         Ranger
For my ailing furfriends and dar peeps.

  1. If I was a turkey, I would definitely pick North Carolina over Minnesota. The turkeys in Minnesota must be shivering their feathers right off!

  5. BOL! That is one giant bird you found for Sarge, Ranger! I hear turkeys are stupid...if they were smart, they would live where it is warm all year long.

  6. You really want your state to have the crown for most turkeys in it? I'm shocked that Arizona didn't make the list-you should see the drivers here.
