Middle Name Pride Day

Today is 'Middle Name Pride Day' (according to the Wacky Holiday Days calendar).

My middle name is Lancelot… after my Dad.

Isn't he handsome?

I hope I grow up to be just like him.

Oh, oh, oh…. maybe I should get me a sword.   All the better to fight off squirrels wiff, don't ya think?

Once we get your pic, we will assign you a Race Car Number.    Note:   If we get loads of entries, we will have multiple races.   Stay tuned for more info on how we will run the races.

    My middle name is Oscar. Ernie doesn't Have a middle name... Unless it is WHO... like when mom says OH GOOD GRIEF... WHO did this???

    Yes, Ranger you are very very handsome. My middle name is Rose, and Margaret's middle name is Mae, and Angus's is McConnell, he is named after my momma's grandma from Ireland. WE always nose we are in big ole trouble when momma says our middle names....Angus McConnell get over here right now!!!!! See.

    I have no idea why Mommy is reading posts in random order. We totally missed this post the other day. Do you know my (Lassie's) furst name was almost Lancelot. (Mommy's sister was routing for the name Lancelot.) Butt Mommy wanted the name "Lassie" (eventhough that's a girls name) and expanded it to Lassiter as my full name. You already know our middle names are Chase and Gilligan. There was a lot of thinking when Mommy picked our middle names. She wanted my middle name to begin with a "C" so we could abbreviate my name to Lass-C. And Benji's middle name had to begin with a "G" to abbreviate it as Ben-G.
