Flash Flood Warnings

Here in coastal NC we are still getting tons of rain today.

Since we can't leave our neighborhood (major intersection is flooded)

I decided dat maybe I should start working on my boat since it is still raining.

Mom doesn't have a truck so she will not drive though dis high of water.

Oh, oh, oh..... and did I mention dat I have a new pond in my backyard?   I even raced through it yesterday.

Back to da boat..... I drew up my plans....
Boat plans... Good huh????
Den I ordered my supplies.

You can always count on Chewy.com to deliver, even in high water.

And..... here's my completed boat.

I got ALL my favorite stuffies in my boat and some snacks (of course).
Yep.... I'm all ready for da high water and flooding.

Wet and Wild,
                      Ranger

Pees..... we are all good and safe here.

  2. Hi Ranger
It is nice you got your boat ready on time. Sorry about all of that water! It can be pretty scary when the streets start to fill up.

  3. Ranger, you should have learned from the childrens' story about the 3 pigs and the wolf. I hate to tell you this, but your boat will fall apart, like the house made of straw in the story. Take it from the smart pig and build your boat out of bricks.

  9. It is no fun to have water lapping up your driveway. Stay out of the puddles. Strange things can be hiding in it.
