It sure is windy outside. |
Last night we got lots of rain and even had a tornado warning @ 1:45am. We didn't get a tornado… but since the ground is really soaked now, a good windy gust may take down some trees so we are staying put today. We also still have flood warnings up and may have some isolated tornados so I am gonna have to be real alert today.
Hummmmm….. I guess I'd better get out there and check out my yard to make sure everything is ok.
Raindrops keep falling on my head! |
Perimeter check. Looks a-okay. |
Yikes… what happened here? Mom says that we must have had a river here last night. |
Wow… a river in my yard? |
Now we're gettin some blue sky peeking thru the waves of stormy clouds and we are still gett'n wind gust.
I like the blue sky bits. |
Mom broke out my towel buddies. I think I'm gonna be seeing them a lot today. |
Have a grrrrrrrrrreat weekend and I'll see ya at the auction on Monday.
Wags,
Ranger

ReplyDeleteYou got wet!!! glad you just got rain and winds and nothing bad happened.
ReplyDeletehey buddie, welcome to our world the last three weeks. We got so much rain that the major lakes in Oklahoma City are now flooding, we have flash flood warnings out. we have had so much through our back yard that our pupper houses have floated of the patio 5 days in a row and once Bites house turned over. So you be on the watch for them twistie thingies and go hide out if one gets close, OK!

We'll take all the excess H2O you can send us. It's 109 today but there's about 5% humidity. Just put it in the reservoirs and not the atmosphere.
